    Achievements and responsibilities: • Provide key communicational focus gathered from stakeholders and assure that the whole region (11 countries, with main focus on Russia) have the same key messages and have all the materials for communication. o The process includes launch for the region and separate for the consultants - as regular events/streams and videos o The process also includes regular feedback sessions with the region to improve the content and share experience • Development and launch of Event calendar for the region: • Gathering the data + synchronizing the flow • Scenario and content development for every regional event • Speakers brief • Communication schedule to assure the participance • Launch the event and follow up Managing all key launches for the region from content creation to launch and follow up: • Products • Business programs • New online/Offline tools Responsible for Product Trainings in the region: Creation/Adaptation Launch Follow-up Managing the team of 4 experts/trainers to ensure support for online and offline communication and events Responsible for team of 4 managers.
