Обязанности и достижения:
• Organization and realization of different level projects (conferences, tours, meetings, trainings)
• Planning and realization of the four-month on-campus campaign (including keeping in contact with all
involved parties, preparing materials, arranging travel and accommodation details, advertising of the on-
campus campaign, following up the results)
• Participation in the development of the Global Internship program standards and the materials within the
department
• Creating the articles for the corporate Intranet and Internet
• Advertising of the MBA program within the Group and consulting the managers concerning the procedures
and rules of the program (internal promotion)
• Advertising of the MBA internship program in the top MBA schools in USA, UK and Europe using different
tools (mailings, postings, direct contacts etc.) – as a result the amount of applications increased (20% in
comparison with the previous year)
• Working with the pilot on-line platform for the application management as developer of the tool and
administrator
• Selection of the MBA students for the positions within MBA Internship Program
• Day-to-day communication with managers, HR, students and other stakeholders from around 15 countries
to coordinate the global MBA program
• Group wide roll out of the Corporate Values (500 000 employees in 220 countries) with Europe as an area
of responsibilities
• Communication with agencies and suppliers to run sustainable implementation
