    Responsibilities • Management on daily basis of the IT Service; • Project management of the IT department; • Planning and budgeting works of the IT department. Delivered economic strategy of working with telecom vendors (price formation services, technical solutions, etc). • Defined and managed IT processes, procedures and service levels to position IT department as ‘Client oriented’ service organization. Constantly monitored and updated them when necessary. Distributed Helpdesk system (SysAid Ilient software). • Provided deployment of 1c: Enterprise 8.0. – 20 companies
