    Обязанности и достижения:

    Achievements: Commercial part: 1. Driven visitation to IKEA +7% in FY19 to LY, while visitation in Mega dropped 21% to LY, in Auchan -17% and in OBI -9% 2. +11% in cross-visitation from Mega to Ikea in FY19 to LY 3. Developed and implemented new format of MEETING PLACE within the project of IKEA-MEGA physical integration: * New media created - new format of IKEA customer restaurant, new entrance group to IKEA store with the design that naturally drive visitation flow, additional entrances to IKEA store, new possibilities for payment for the customers and other improvements for customer shopping experience * New customer service - hands free shopping - target was to prolong shopping time for customers who already made some big purchases at core tenants so that they can leave their bags and go on shopping and get them back when driving out from the parking or even order home delivery, also we targeted to increase average ticket in shopping mall. So we gained +21% in av. ticket to LY and + 20 minutes in time spent in mall 4. Developed new strategy in tenant mix in shopping mall in 2 directions: a) general tenant mix in shopping mall to increase attractiveness of mall as destination; b) tenant mix location near core tenants to increase cross visitation - +20% targeted 5. Increased visibility of IKEA brand in shopping mall in frames of strategy “News culture store” to shout about news - we gained +3% of visitors who didn’t plan to visit IKEA while coming to shopping mall 6. Increased top of mind Brand Awareness of IKEA from 74% up to 83% in FY18 7. Became first choice in shopping destination in home furnishing segment in FY18 - among 87% consumers in Ural Federal District market 8. Food & Beverage: total rebuild of IKEA food facilities with new production lines for bigger volumes, new attracting seating areas and new coffee shop area. + 34% growth of IKEA restaurant visitors, + 21% sales growth in restaurant, +18% of new (first time visitors) and new customer profile groups attracted. Meanwhile sales of slow food tenants in Mega had negative to LY development in spite of food court performed renovation. Operational Part: 1. Managed to keep Operational costs on the same level during 3 years in spite of big investments and increased depreciation costs impact. 2. Compliance, Safety and Security - result of Security check - 98%, all official checks from fire inspections passed ok during 3 years 3. Electricity consumption cost decreased 17% during 3 years 4. Breakthrough in sustainable perception of IKEA brand in Ekaterinburg +19% in FY18 to LY - mainly due to waste management KPIs (were officially published) and due to promotion of sustainable products on sales floor helping customers understand how to save resources consumption 5. Developed effective preventive maintenance plan to eliminate negative operational impact on IKEA in case of equipment breakage. 6. Compliance with all commercial and safety standards during rebuilds to ensure customer positive perception and shopping comfort. 7. Clean and tidy store - 91% of customers appreciated this in FY18 8. Renewed customer facilities as WCs, cloak-rooms, elevators and travellators, entrance groups to shopping mall for crowd management and heating consumption economy, and improved parking level
