Обязанности и достижения:
- Analysis of market demand and work together with all involved functions to achieve an accurate demand forecast, taking into consideration all brands strategies and business needs;
- Planning sales - the assortment matrix, ABC analysis, analysis of residues and sales;
- Analysis of current sales;
- Production coordination, purchasing and shipment planning activities;
- Interaction with foreign and russian suppliers (accounting, contract, document, negotiations);
- To manage day-to-day operational issues – purchasing order flow, stock management, transportation between factory and warehouses, import and customs clearance activities, warehousing cooperation;
- Drives communication within S&OP cycle, aimed to collect valid assumptions, prepare sales history analysis and financial implication of changes;
- Ensure product availability in Russian stores and warehouse;
- Support continuous improvement projects within S&OP process;
- Analyze brand/competitor performance and market place and identify key measures to assess plan performance at the market, segment, and customer levels, taking into account key drivers of consumer behavior;
- Providing pricing proposals in collaboration with Market Access;
- Participation in international events on procurement;
- Reporting;
- Troubleshooting.
