1. Held responsibility of 200K+ EURO sales budget in CIS region. YoY results: +400%
2. Conducted Market Research and identified leads within the CIS region using various tools & building on the regional Market Intelligence Support. Defined clear priorities in alignment with the HoS to ensure an effective market development.
3. Contributed to the development of clients’ business, being essentially a consultant in this case (through expertise our world fashion and Corporate gifts trends knowledge). For example, wholesaler in BY could increase its TO up to 10% by our experience in Dance Sport segment.
4. Built up business relationship with both existing and potential clients, ensuring efficient communication and understanding needs and requirements from customers’ side in CIS is in place.
5. Controlled payments from customers in Russia and CIS, initiate actions for accounts in responsibility to minimize financial risks and negotiate them with F&A, create and ensure sign off of necessary documents with customers & monitor adherence to agreements.
6. Monitored and developed key segments in CIS markets (Fashion, Jewelry, Interior, Gourmet, Corporate gifts).
7. Conducted sales via regular field visits to key and potential clients, ensuring an effective schedule and meeting time with customers to handle business reviews, present products and solutions, discuss forecasts and distribution topics leading customers to business growth and to further investigate trends and potential leads in the market.
8. Hosting Launch events, presentations and trainings for customers – more than 15 within 2 years (e.g, events in BY were advertised on the 1st government channel of Belarus Republic in 2020 and in 2019 the 1st DIY contest in AZ was launched)
9. Created a concept of 2 events, aiming at increasing sales: Formula 1 in AZ and Corporate gifts for Bank of Georgia.
Business support Russia&CIS
1. Continued playing a big role in local logistics system creating solutions for new cases and force majeure:
• Found out new solution for pandemic period
• E-shop project – prepared supply chain, logistics and customer service systems
• Corporate gifts local stock – organized local stock for CoG department to reduce orders delivery time
2. Made sure regular logistic processes (import and export) are in place.
3. Provided customers with all necessary financial and logistic documents.
4. Processed all incoming requests from potential customers.
5. Provided full support for Corporate gifts segment (logistic, documents, assortment).
