Area of responsibility: all regions of the country, incl. SIBERIA & FAR EAST
• REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONCEPTION definition
• Cooperation with MEDIA MARKT
• Full yearly report to the central office in EU: the detailed presentation of YEARLY REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONCEPTION (including main KPI as growth of annual sales volume, customers quantity, growth of regional coverage and e.t.c.)
• Current and monthly reporting to the central office in EU
• Searching new customers in regions and development of the cooperation with active current customers
• Control of the financial situation with regional customers (customer’s financial warranties, bad debts, bankruptcies, e.t.c.)
• Monitoring and competitive analyses of the market: main trends, competitors, products, sales channels
• Model range, customers conditions and price definition
• Preparation and control of promo-activity with regional customers, control of the promo-budget
• Participation in exhibitions
• DDP-warehouse stock control
• Regular cooperation with financial, legal and logistics departments in order to detail control of the situation with regional business development.
• Business trips to regions, meetings with customers > 50%
• Management of regional team
Achievements:
o Forming of regional client base: In period 2008-2011 the client base was built in South region, Ural, Siberia and Far East All leading regional chains of White Goods and Electronics were involved into direct cooperation.
o MEDIA MARKT: deliveries to all regional clusters were started
o Significant sales growth was reached
o The basis of Regional Sales Team was built: Regional Development conception was made, the staff for Regional Sales Rep-s Team position was selected, Job Description Regional Sales Rep was confirmed
