• Developed and approved by top management the strategy and development plan of the Centre innovative projects implementation;
• Developed and implemented the integrated approach for analysis, selection and commercialization of innovative projects on early stages in smart transport technologies area (electric, autonomous, connected car, new transport models);
• Expertized (technical, business and investment valuation) more than 50 innovative technologies for different areas (sensor and softwares, platforms, intelligent transport systems, new technologies of manufacturing, new materials);
• More than 10 technological projects were prepared and presented to potential investors (approved funding and signed the R&D agreements with industrial companies on amount of 100m+ RUR);
• Build the effective collaboration with key industrial (KAMAZ, NEFAZ, GAZ and others) and investment partners, includung Institutes of Development (RVK, Skolkovo Fund, FASIE), relevant government departments (Ministry of Industry & Trade), technical institutes (MGTU, Polytech) and agencies (ASI), local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders.
• Take participant in strategic sessions and working group AutoNet for roadmap development of perspective markets National Technology Initiative (NTI) together with RVK and ASI
Also keep the role the project leader of venture fund in smart transport area.
Key achievement there:
• Developed the investment strategy and finance model of fund;
• Wide portfolio of innovative projects were formed: >40 technological projects on different venture stages - from pre-seed to start-up;
• Received the commitments from investors (signed the term-sheets);
• Hired the professional team with strong technological background and experienced in investment area;
• Build the collaboration with leading experts for different market segments in the accordance of investment focus.

• Hybrid energy storage based on lithium-ion supercapacitors (BM Power);
• Development of autonomous electric passenger vehicle (Shuttle);
• Development of unmanned aerial system AR-1 for agriculture (Agrobotics);
• Development of scannig LiDAR for transport applications (LiDAR-NAMI)
