    Market and Business Development (Lighting systems, Pumps, Generators, Heating equipment) for Russia and CIS and working for Wacker Neuson Production Americas, USA. Created successful GoToMarket strategy from zero, executed it on different levels. Built close cooperation for business establishment with Production company, HQ and local affiliate. Sales channels (80% indirect and 20% Key Accounts), working with more than 150 dealers across Russia and CIS. New sales channels opened in Mining, O&G, Municipality, Road Construction and Rental, which increased the sales from 0.3mEur 2013 to 3.1mEur 2016 under pressure of market leaders and unstable economy situation in Russia. Developed and implemented a reporting tools for Production and Sales management, developed the market prices strategy and local margin levels, supply the equipment and multi-level project support. Lots of dealer/rental/user trainings organized and performed in Russia, Kazakhstan, USA and Germany Successful product launches in Heating equipment (11 products), Pumps (6 products) and Light Towers (2 products). Key customers developed from the zero level are StroyGazMontazh (СтройГазМонтаж), StroyTransGaz (СтройТрансГаз), Renaissance Construction, Halliburton, National Oilwell Varco. And significant results were achieved in Kazakhstan (NRC, KazMinerals, AMECO, etc)

    Country Manager responsible for Business, PnL of the Department, Personnel, Sales and Promotion of Twiflex Brakes (Braking systems for Mining, Industry and O&G equipment) and Wichita Clutch (Driving systems for Mining, Industry and O&G equipment) Sales process was handled by myself for Key Accounts, sales representatives for End Customer negotiation, dealer sales representatives and local dealers. The target is to build up the direct and indirect sales to Steel, Mining and O&G industries from zero to 4mEUR. To achieve my targets I've found and introduced the international dealers to the market which brought me extra 2mEUR for the sales to National Oilwell Varco and Eurasia Drilling Company. For 2013 I've added the 3 major world manufacturers of overunning clutches to my product line to have an opportutity to offer complete range of industrial equipment to customers. I've created marketing team which now participates the organization of Mining World exhibition. Key Accounts development. Now the major OEMs in O&G started using my products. Key orders vs. competition were achieved with Uralmash (Уралмаш) and Uralcrane (Уралкран) companies which are top cranes and drill rigs manufacturers in Russia.

    After several years of successful work was appointed to Area Sales Manager with a team of 11 people in SPb, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Rostov-on-Don. The main responsibilities were rebuild the direct sales structure, find and implement new ways to increase market share. Implementing of the Company's new strategy in new-organized Construction Techique business area. The target was quite difficult since I need to unite the multi-regional team and make them Company values oriented and inspired. One of the key targets is people management - coordination of business trips and participation in the meetings with Key Accounts. Control of Functional Cost limits execution. People scoring process and appraisals. One more key challenge is Direct and indirect sales interaction and avoiding the internal competition where I was also successful, and dividing the Premium and low-cost brands' sales from internal cannibalism.     Developing of portable compressors and diesel generators market in Russia. 90% Mining and O&G business grew from zero to 20mEUR. Successful mission of completing target budgets of 3 and 4 mEuro with 2 contracts of Transneft (VSTO project) (Транснефть) and StroyGazConsulting (Bovanenkovo-Ukhta) (СтройГазКонсалтинг) were achieved throug multi-level customer interaction (from low-level to Presidents and Owners of the company and high-performance internal work with production in Belgium and Holland. Overcoming a lot of penalties from the customer side through high-level negotiations. Won a "Best Salesman of the Year" award 2007,2008,2009,2010. Passed a lot of trainings for sales management, selling skills and communication. Significant results in the world crysis years 2008-2009. (14mEUR) 2010-2011 won 20 mEuro contract for Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok pipeline construction with Argus Limited and StroyGazConsulting company. Worked under huge pressure from Russian Government to Customer with pipeline commissioning dates, from factory with lead-times of the equipment and coordination with 3 production plants in Holland, Belgium and USA. Finallly 105 units of equipment were on site and the customer was satisfied with my and Company efforts. Together with local Product Manager was an author of the Pipeline-Testing solution tool consisited of Promary Compressor, Dryer, Nitrogen unit and Booster as a package solution for O&G industry which still stay a unique and valuable for customers now. Supported a Genmaster program which was appointed to increase MS in Generators from 0,1% to 10% and increased it to 1% in 1 year using very good customers connections and promotion program Actively participated with new brand High-pressure compressors launch for different industries such is Aerospace (Sukhoi SuperJet100 airplane), Geological surveys, Open pit mining and drilling for O&G.
