- Making of commerse proposals: B2B, B2G;
- CRM system implementation, sales planning, aims and tasks management (AmoCRM);
- Partners relations with IT vendors (Symantec, Microsoft, IBM, BMC);
- Administrative and technical trainings for internal workers and customers.
Results:
- Successfully implemented CRM system (AmoCRM: 500+ leads, 400+ contacts; 3 sales, sale forecast = 6+ million USD for my department);
- Moved all my active customers to new company in one month (100+ customers);
- Restored partnership status with Symantec and Microsoft in one month (all partners competencies and experience);
- Organized simultaneous management of 100+ leads and work process with enterprise customers (Central Bank of Russia, Sberbank, MTS, Aeroflot, ROLF, TMK, ...).
