• Launching management, company set up and licensing, recruiting personnel
• Develop Business Plan based on market data, annual budgets and forecasts, exercising financial control.
• Tender based Equipment acquisition for setting up Call Center technical platform
• Negotiating and signing contracts with Mobile Operators and Service Providers,
• Developing strategies on business and products development having 3 main business directions B2B and B2C oriented: 118 infoline service, call center service, online advertising for companies
• setting up national distribution channels, team management (over 50 employees), daily operation management (IT, Financial, Sales and Marketing, HR departments)
• customer engagement and ultimately direct product/service sales.
• Monitor business performance against budget and undertaking corrective action where necessary
