Обязанности и достижения:
 Business support of Sales (including Customer service team), Logistic team and Credit control team;
 Development of strong working relationships with departments involved into Sales process (including establishment of internal procedures);
 Participation in strategic business planning and business processes modeling;
 Searching critical points for business and ways to solve them;
 Monitoring actual results vs. forecast & budget and taking corrective actions if it's necessary to mitigate any risks (for Sales and Logistic departments) in part of:
- sales plan,
- sales incentive expenses,
- rebates accruals,
- delivery plans,
- etc;
 Facilitation in sales budget preparation for: 5 year plan, year budget, LEs;
 Making recommendations to pricing strategy (on NSP level) and participation in preparation of Commercial policy (with supporting calculations for commercial policy);
 Responsible for sales analysis according to IFRS's requirements;
 General control over process of rebates and sales incentives payments and accruals on monthly basis (including accruals calculations and control actual figures on profit center's level);
 General control over process of market demand plans (including a monitoring of delivery plans in cooperation with Logistic team);
 Adaptation of Commercial policy to possibilities of SAP system
 Participation in creation of KPI's system for Sales and Logistic departments;
 General control and analysis over credit limits, commercial debtors balances, BDP calculation;
 Presentation of business results to Management team on the monthly basis;
 Participation in SOX compliance project;
 Creating other reports according to company's standards for internal controlling;
 Responsible for construction of SD module of SAP system in role of key user in cooperation with BPAs.
