Обязанности и достижения:
IT Unit Manager
• Deployment and implementation of IT systems/Business applications: Aftermarket sales potential calculation, Customs expenses control, Parts operations system based on 1C 8.3 (Order processing, cos of inventory calculation, invoicing), accounting statements control tool.
• IT applications owner: Parts operations system based on 1C (Order processing, cos of inventory calculation, invoicing), Legally relevant electronic document flow system.
• Developing, tracking, and meeting the expense budget (30M RUB)
• Change management (including collecting, analysis, transformation, transfer of business requirements to programmers, control of development, participation in test procedures and control of implementation)
• Gathering, analyzing, transforming and transferring of business needs to IT development teams in case of new IT process has to be implemented or old one has to be changed in corporate systems 1C 8.2, SAP, warehouse control system, etc. Ensuring that business needs and systems capabilities are in a good balance
• Communication with stakeholders (steering committee) and key users on project status/issues/questions required their involvement and decision
• Supporting implementation teams in tailoring corporate systems in compliance with local legislative, corporate standards, audit requirements and internal controls.
• Supporting implementation teams with knowledge of local business processes.
• Developing and maintaining good business relationship with other IT functions& Global IT Teams located in Russa, Germany, India and USA: SAP development, Business Warehouse, EDI, Server support, SQL support, Citrix support, Help desk, IT shared services, Warehousing systems support etc,
• Communication with local and corporate IT functions on all IT issues at Unit side
• Timeline controlling & optimizing the workload of local programmers to support and customize the local system in accordance with corporate standards and information systems.
• Controlling of preparation to and participation in internal and external IT audit, mitigation of defined issues.
• IT Procedures and Instructions development, providing process and systems expertise for business groups
• Cross functional business process improvement (BPI) projects leading like Transformation of logistic functions, Payment process improvement, Vendor document flow process improvement etc. (Parts, Finance, Supply Management, Logistic, Legal, IT functions were involved in the projects)
• Supporting business functions on legally relevant electronic document flow setup within dealers, intercompany units and suppliers.
• Access control of different security groups on compliance with SOX
