- Run the Administrative team - lead a team of professionals, outsourced staff and contractors
- Budget management - planning, forecasts and expenses control
- Project management (electronic document flow integration; office movings, new working spaces organization etc)
- Premises management (office 15000 м2, class A)
- Internal administrative procedures (making and implementation)
- KPI integration
- Daily management of administrative team (reception, secretaries, personal assistants, office-managers, travel coordinator, translators (total administrative staff: 16 persons) + drivers.
- Managing and optimization administrative sectors activities: reception, document flow, archive, travel, office-management, fit-out works and office movings, transport (office cars, drivers and taxi services), insurance,
- Corporative and clients events organization
- Procurement management - purchasing organization and control (tenders, quality control etc)
- Office lease (relations with landlord and technical office services)
- Current management orders/ instructions (control of execution, protocol maintenance)
- Shareholders interaction (private flights organization (charters), boards of directors organization, private orders)
