Responsibilities in Dirol Cadbury LLC
• Ensuring regular, rational and effective performance of the corporate Car Fleet (more than 600 cars in Russia)
• Creating and communicating to the employees all procedures, policies and other guidelines related to the corporate Car Fleet. Controlling of the implementation of the policies.
• Providing employees with high quality service and support
• Organizing and coordinating process of maintenance and repair of corporate cars. Analyzing costs on repair regarding to the budget and efficient expenditure.
• Organizing and leading tenders of third party suppliers (auto dealers, service stations, insurance companies, leasing companies, fuel suppliers etc.), negotiating with them and prepare contracts.
• Analyzing and expertise the car market in terms of determination of recommended corporate cars models for different broad bands (or grades) of employees according to the Car Policy
• Dealing with Representations of global automobile producers in Russia on purchasing cars and further maintenance and service support
• Organizing and coordinating car registration and technical checkup in GIBDD (road police)
• Working up the fuel consumption rates and limits for all corporate cars, control of implementation.
• Organizing and maintaining computer data base on corporate cars
• Organizing and coordinating the process of selling of old corporate cars in accordance with Car Policy
• Working out, implementing and ensuring the car safety standards (such as Road Safety Program) for decreasing avoidable vehicle accident rate.
Achievements in Dirol Cadbury LLC
• Developed the effective system of Car Fleet Management in Cadbury (Center – Regions).
• Led a major project of purchasing new cars in 2009 (more than 250 cars). The obtained discounts were 4 times higher than recommended by the Group. Discount for commercial vehicles grew up to 40%. Savings on this project reached 27 mln rubles. I've been awarded Diploma for outstanding achievements which had contributed to Cadbury's success in 2010.
• Launched new Road Safety Program. This Program allowed reducing accident level by 38% (from 11.9 accidents/1mln miles to 7.4 accidents/1mln miles).
• Renegotiated all service contracts in Russia with more than 200 suppliers in 67 cities. Amount of contracts with prepayment had been reduced from 50% to 1.5%. I've been awarded Voucher from Managing Director for recognition of hard and productive work and dedication to Cadbury's business standarts.
• Developed and implemented a system of evaluation and sale of old corporate cars. Net profit in 2010 amounted more than 8.7 mln rubles.
• Insurance payments level have grown up from 25% to 90% (target - 75%).
