- Management of E-commerce projects (provision of payment gateway to corporate clients (merchants, vendors, one-stop shops) for plastic cards (Visa, MasterCard) acquiring;
- Maintenance of existing accounts (execution, prolongation of contracts, addenda, customer data base keeping)
- Searching for new clients (preparation and mailing of proposals/ presentation materials, cold calling, meetings, negotiations)
- Market research, competitors’ info collection;
- Implementation of sales plans;
- Providing clients with support and consultancy;
- Management of all stages of project implementation;
- Problems and issues resolving (dispute transactions);
- Day to day interaction with banks for the reason of payment process maintenance (transactions monitoring, fraud prevention, funds reversal operations, control over the payment registers correctness etc.)
- Partnerships building and development (vendors, acquirers, payment systems) to increase service functionality and market position.
