Managed a team of 3 software and 1 hardware engineers, Managed the project for design of high speed testers for different real time data-processing ICs up to 800Mbit/s. Designed evaluation system for data-processing ICs, including the high speed pattern generator, digital data comparator and fast interface. Participated in mixed analog and digital design of the PRML-based systems for hard drive testing industrial equipment including: Fast data acquisition systems up to 2Gbyte/s, consisted on ultra fast ADC, memory buffers, low jitter (less than 20pS) PLL circuitry; low noise high bandwidth (500 Mhz) analog front end. Designed, developed and tested high current digitally controlled amplifier, 14-bits data acquisition system, programmable waveform generator, AGCs and filters. Designed fast data processing systems, using DSP, FPGA and EPLD. Provided digital design based on mixed logical families: ECL, TTL, CMOS, LVDS etc. The work included scheduling, developing the architecture, component selection, prototyping, PCB design, interface unit mechanical design, test programs, manufacturing documentation. I was also involved in production troubleshooting and test development.
