    Обязанности и достижения:

    I have been working at the agricultural extension field for 3 years, I have an experience of curriculum and training modules design. I am also highly interested in adult learning principles, and try to use them while trainings. Currently except trainings on agricultural extension I start to conduct business trainings: Financial management, economics of farm holds, etc. Also I am involved in developing and conducting community development trainings, like: Simple accounting and crediting communities, mutual responsibilities among farmers group. One of my main responsibilities is identification of farmers needs in training, and clarifying the topics of trainings.
