- providing of professional administration support to clients:
providing of professional greeting to clients and their guests, meeting room booking, photocopying, printing, laminating, binding and faxing services;
work with delivery services (DHL, Pony Express, City Express, taxi couriers);
coordinating of clients requests (hotel bookings, order of travel tickets, taxi booking, stationery and office supplies and catering order);
- professional answering/transferring of incoming calls for centre and clients;
- business meeting organization (discussion with clients meeting room
arrangements, booking details, catering, coffee-breaks, order of equipment, etc);
- providing backup assistance to other centers as needed and required;
- training of new employees;
- working in internal Regus programs (Titan, POS, Simons-Voss);
- coordinating of Virtual Office (VO is one of the Regus product):
Full professional support of VO clients (administration support, coordinating them according Regus services), consulting in changes of Virtual Office work, coordination between clients and Regus team, analysis of new agreement and preparation of all documents for new clients to provide the correct Virtual Office work, discussion and renewal of Virtual Office agreements, payments tracking).
