Обязанности и достижения:
Coordination of tenants from the beginning of their commercial activity till move-out:
- control over tenants’ operations, their observance of the rules and regulations of the shopping center as well as the provisions of the lease agreements,
- Accounts Receivable and collection of debts in accordance with the company's procedures,
- tenant coordination in cooperation with accounting, engineering, marketing, legal and security departments,
- solving disputable and conflict situations with regard to commercial activity and tenants’ operations (technical issues, turnover reports, letters),
- participation in the procedure of the tenants’ marketing events approval and further monitoring of their implementation.
