Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle of Talent Acquisition activities with the focus on Hi-Po employees;
- Responsible for leadership, development and performance of in-house Talent Acquisition team;
- Interact with Multinational Senior Management team located in Russia, Central Asia, Middle East, EU, Central Africa, South-East Asia, South America;
- Translate HQ business strategy into Talent Acquisition operation activities;
- Redesign EVP, manage Internship programs, Employer Branding and University Relations activities, lead large audience presentations;
- Lead projects on digitalization of recruitment processes;
- Optimize the costs of Talent Acquisition programs and keep within budget;
- Prepare and present quarterly KPI reviews to HRD and Talent Acquisition Director, Global HQ Management;
- Identify sourcing channels, manage vendors, negotiate contracts.
