- Pipeline management, including new hires training to successfully implement into
practice, work with and manage deals pipeline for the selected territory; pipeline review
with team (key deals, opportunities to upsell, upsides, help to successfully close the key deals)
- Revenue forecasting by team on monthly and quarter basis in order to meet all the figures
- New employees mentoring: MS products and licensing policies, methodology of sales
(checkpoints passed successfully by 2 new hires)
- Special actions development in order to meet targets
- Collaboration with regional team and partners in order to drive revenue, corporate
contracts sales and MS solutions implementation
- Analysis of opportunities to sell and implement MS products in accordance with
corporate policy of building effective strategical long term relationships with public
customers; deep collaboration with the selected customers
- Participation in «the Electronic City» concept and partner training development,
dedicated to solution sales for municipal authorities (the training is been read to partner channel)
- Participation in organization of the first Russian conference «Platform Electronic City»
(materials preparation, facilitation, analysis of results and questionnaires)
- Territory plan creation (analysis of the selected customers, already implemented MS
Competitors solutions, potential opportunities, maturity of IT infrastructure level- as a basis for the further work)
- Consulting partners on specifics of public segment customers (licensing, solutions,
tenders, documentations), collaboration with partner channel; consulting public segment
customers on IT solutions, corporate licensing
- The highest «Executive» grade received in 2010, confirmed in 2011 on corporate
personnel assessment
- Collaboration with marketing department (Marketing Qualified Leads coordinator-
drive team work with leads received after marketing events with customer interest in MS solutions)
