Participation in negotiations for mechanical subcontract award with different bidding companies, visiting their manufacturing shops, analyzing and resuming their construction capabilities. Controlling of mobilization of subcontractor on site: their temporary construction facilities, equipment and manpower, and pushing them to be in accordance with mobilization plan and construction schedule. Supervision of new road construction for oversize and heavyweight equipment transportation from river port to the site (Client responsibility). Working with local authorities in order to receive necessary permits for road construction and cargos transportation. Facilitating and expediting transportation of cargos providing different supporting activities. Controlling heavy lift subcontractor work during heavy and oversized equipment lifting and erection (weight of equipment up to 1050 ton). Reviewing and approving their as-built documentation in according to Russian regulations and financial KC-2, KC-3 forms. Controlling equipment erection, piping erection, steel structure assembly and erection work at the initial stage of mechanical work. Organizing and leading meetings regarding mobilization issues, progress of work, QA/QC issues. Reviewing inspection and test plans, method statements. Planning of work front based on material availability and foundations readiness; Acceptance of foundations if they conforming to design, release material for erection; Following the delivery of material on site and timely informing the subcontractor about material availability in warehouse, control and push subcontractor to receive material and erect it; Go deep in detail of equipment drawings and solution of the technical issues on site, preparation and issuance of site instructions, reports of non-conformity of equipment and materials; Coordination of subcontractors on site in order to avoid overlapping of their activities in same spot of site; Carrying out of inspections on site and acceptance of performed work if it satisfies to design requirements, project specifications and standards ASME, ASTM, API, GOST, SNiP, PB; Participation in meetings with subcontractor; Signing of check-advises, as-built documentation, review and approval reports and schemes; Performing duties as quantity surveyor: acceptance and confirmation of quantities performed by subcontractor, signing of financial KC-2, KC-3 forms; Control of subcontractors manpower quantity at site and in prefabrication shops. Reviewing drawings issued for constructions if they match with specifications, Vendor drawings or Russian mandatory regulations; in case of mismatch – revision of drawings and approval of changes with engineering department. In case of performed by subcontractor work does not conform with design, or equipment and material supplied by Vendor is not according to drawings – issuance of non-conformity report, development of repair or rectification method, issuance instruction to subcontractor for repair. With my participation was assembled and erected the following kind of equipment: Fired heaters, fired boilers, rectification and adsorption columns with internal parts, air fan coolers, reactors with internals, vertical hermetic pumps, reciprocating compressors, turbo compressors with steam turbine driver, horizontal centrifugal pumps, package equipments (Cold Box, Refrigeration Unit, Pressure Swing Adsorption Process Unit), tubular heat exchangers, plate exchangers, hook-up piping, auxiliary steel structures - industrial Experience 15 years, - industrial construction experience 12 years, - loads transportation experience 10 years. - loads lifting supervision experience 10 years. - manpower and resources assessment, - quality control, - strong documentation control, - acceptance and hand over certificates forms knowledge, - industrial sectors: transportation of cargos and loads, chemical, petrochemical, refinery, construction material producing plants. - ability to work with technical drawings of equipment and specifications, ensuring task achievement and conformance of work results to high quality standards.- Август 2002 – ноябрь 2009

1. Provided operation, maintenance, repair, reconstruction and installation of processing equipment technical supervision. Performed engineering certification of processing equipment applying NDE methods if necessary. Accepted as-built documentation after installation, repair, reconstruction of processing equipment. Prepared and checked of processing equipment expertize. 2. In the course of operational technical supervision oversaw mechanical engineer’s work performance.
