My responsobility was control the hole chain from preparing the purchase contract to getting the material to the Buyer (CIF, CFR, FOB terms) including the following: 1. Prepare the calculation sheet of the deal. 2. Prepare the finance request for the Bank. Getting the confirmation for financing. 3.Prepare the draft of LC. Issuance the import and Export Letter of Credit. 4. Confirmation of vessel nomination. 5. Control of ETA at port of discharge and unloading. 6. Getting the shipping documents. Check them in accordance with LC. 7. Giving the written instructions to the Bank to make the payment under the import LC and where to send the original documents. 8. Enter data into the database (1С and excell). 9. Make and sign the Statement of mutual accounts with the Sellers and Buyers. 10. Phone calls and writing in English. The internal and outside correspondence only in English. 11. Issuance the provisional and final invoices. Control of payments. 12. Make the payments of invoices for fright and other services from third parties. 13. The claims.

Incoterms 2000, knowledge of meaning of abbreviations of sea expression and charter party contract. 16. Partial work with customs. Making of telex to customs for correction of accompanying documents.
