OTIS Eastern Europe
- Operational management of Manufacturing & Field Supply Chain team in OTIS Eastern Europe
- Support organic growth of manufacturing and field operations within OTIS Eastern Europe from Supply Chain and IT prospective, lead Supply Chain and IT optimization projects, new products launch and one-piece flow concept in OTIS St-Petersburg Factory
- Establish centralized supply chain for all non-product and services, deploy standard processes, systems, policies and governance
- Maintain strong corporate alignment in order to leverage regional and global opportunities
- Lead production launch of new products from supply chain prospective
- Organization of deliveries and customs clearance of new equipment, spare parts and components from Southeast Asia, Europe and U.S.
- Cost management, OPEX/CAPEX control and cost reduction projects
- Support of new branches opening
- Realization of supply chain optimization projects (tenders, alternative sourcing, outsourcing/insourcing, cost reduction, value engineering, transportation schemes optimization), supplier performance follow-up
- Develop special supply chain and logistics solutions for major projects
- Introduction of Supplier Quality System and supplier development programs for local supply base
- On-site audits of suppliers based on ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 requirements with additional specific requirements to ensure effective process control and quality results, identification of weak/strong points of suppliers’ quality system and required improvements
- Training for suppliers in terms of quality system development, suppliers consulting and support in development of quality documentation (Quality Policy, Quality Manual and Quality Standards/Procedures), follow-up of improvement plans implementation by suppliers
- Development of suppliers standard documents (control plan, process capabilities studies, gage repeatability and reproducibility studies, failure mode and effects analysis)
