- handled existing key customers and distributors as well as developed new potentials including contract management (both supply and distribution) and accounts maintenance (monthly sales for more than 2 mln euros);
- directed and coordinated a whole supply chain process for the BU (from European and Moscow PPG entities): demand analysis, forecasting (on monthly, quaterly, yearly basis), weekly sales and operations planning (S&OP), stock control, order entry, master data activation, replenishments, scheduling, carrier selection and transportation booking, invoicing, warehousing, inventory management, customer service, customs clearance;
- led procurement activities from both affiliates and third-party suppliers: supplier selection, negotiations of supply terms, conclusion of contracts, approval of purchase plans, production and shipping schedules, reordering;
- ensured smooth moving of goods, met cost, productivity and timeliness targets, resolved customer claims (quality, quantity, accuracy);
- collaborated with international shipping sites to improve shipping process efficiency and automation; managed a logistics team, created procedures for logistics activities;
- calculated costs and margins, prepared quotations, customer offers, price lists for customers;
- ensured a cost effective supply chain process, led cost saving activities in logistics;
- prepared monthly accrual reports on business unit financial logistics activities;
- coordinated incoming and outgoing payments, negotiated payment terms and monitored credit lines;
- performed inventory optimization, ABC-XYZ analysis, participated in product amendment and setup upon customers' requests;
- provided marketing backup for the business unit – special events for distributors, contacts with the mass media, articles placement in specialized editions, brochures, leaflets, branded gifts, developed the Russian version of the company website, estimated effectiveness of marketing communications.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
- set up new effective supply chains e.g. drop shipments from Europe - secured regular and uninterrupted supply flows to key accounts e.g. Sibur, Lukoil;
- implemented Oracle ERP system to maintain sustainability of all business processes of the business unit (P2P, O2C, D2R), received an Oracle Implementation award;
- launched several projects to adapt company procedures to the needs of customers in Russia - batch certificates in Russian, different types of certifications etc;
- improved forecast accuracy and managed a high level of OTIF deliveries during a high season.
