ACHIEVEMENTS: - set up new effective supply chains e.g. drop shipments from Europe - secured regular and uninterrupted supply flows to key accounts e.g. Sibur, Lukoil; - implemented Oracle ERP system to maintain sustainability of all business processes of the business unit (P2P, O2C, D2R), received an Oracle Implementation award; - launched several projects to adapt company procedures to the needs of customers in Russia - batch certificates in Russian, different types of certifications etc; - improved forecast accuracy and managed a high level of OTIF deliveries during a high season.

Language Support: - acted as a consecutive interpreter at negotiations with supplier top management; - translated official letters on behalf of the company and addressed to suppliers, technical, marketing and contractual documents and product presentations (RU-EN, EN-RU). 4. Travel Support: - organized technical trainings at suppliers' factories (Italy): agreed training programme schedules with suppliers, booked air tickets and hotels, coordinated interpreters based abroad; organized customer trips to suppliers' factories (Italy and China), received and accomodated supplier representatives in Moscow. ACHIEVEMENTS; - managed to conclude a contract with the biggest supplier (Ferroli) on exclusive distributorship in Russia; - developed and arranged import of a new product for the Russian market which provided with sales at 10 mln euros for the first year; - maintained sustainable relations with suppliers and managed to increase credit lines and agree more favourable payment terms.
