Testing, revision, acceptance of results. Development of Russian subsidiary IT-infrastructure by purchasing, installation, maintenance and repair of local server, local wi-fi, preparing of server room. Management of goods certification procedures by cooperation with certification authorities, providing needed data, documentation and samples for testing, tracking the current certificates and its expiring dates. Implementation of EAC sign marking of goods at European depots. Import logistics operations management, physical and software order processing creation, handling customs clearance procedures and customs requests, construction of customs codes database, planning and tracking the customs payments. Implementation of cross-docking at stage 1 and full stock at stage 2. Analyses of stock, stock planning and replenishment. An annual inventories organisation. Negotiations of issues and spaces on warehouse with provider. Management of goods distribution to customers, handling claims. Customer support. Monitoring of activity, KPI's. Reporting to subsidiary General Manager and headquarter Top Management.
