• Responsible for Enfamil brand within Infant Formula category: marketing strategy development and execution of consumer marketing initiatives (ATL (TV), BTL, Digital, and CRM)
• Set & control brand budgets
• Market analysis
• Responsible for the Brand Market Share growth and financial objectives, which includes:
a) Implementation of brand innovation (short and long term)
b) Lead development & execution of: Media (TV, Print, Online), Promotion, POS activities
• Coordination of market and consumer research programs
• Digital program development (SEO and Social media monitoring programs)
Key achievements:
• Developed two local 360° marketing campaigns based on Russian consumer insights
• Developed and launched first Enfamil TVC in Europe (off take growth +57%)
• Launched demand generating program in ZAGS institutions
• Launched two significant innovations in Russian market: Prebiotics blend and Large Cans
• Launched support program in Moscow city in targeted area (+26% sales increase)
• Introduced mobile app “Amazing baby” to raise brand awareness
• Increased market share from 2% to 3,4%
