• Provide technical support to the staff of over 50 000 users.
• Discovering infringers of a network.
• Provided technical support on the Linux/Unix and Windows platforms
• LAN\WAN network support of TCP/IP based devices.
• Configure routers for client WAN connections with static and dynamic routing. This included configuring access lists and NATs for individual customers.
• As a member of the network support team, work with network teams in troubleshooting, isolating and resolving LAN and WAN problems which includes firewall problems, routing problems, network latencies and financial data flow issues.
