Being the only onsite IT referent for 200 people. Managing everything related to IT, from users' desktops to production lines robots, telecommunications, budget, … Collecting users' needs and finding solutions (market or home made). Working in a just-in-time industry and international context for a spanish/french, then world wide group. Work under pressure : ensuring availability of operational systems 24/7. Main clients : All the employees, group IT managers, external clients. Main providers : external providers for hardware, software.

Managing operational budget about 250 000 € / year
Auditing and preparing for Sarbannes-OXley and ISO TS 2000 certifications
Managing providers
Managing IT engineer schools students/trainees (3 to 6 months periods)
SYSTEMS AND NETWORKS ADMINISTRATION
Administration of 80 employees' computers + 5 servers
Administration of telecommunications (landlines and mobile phones)
Telephony reporting, costs optimisation, workflow audit, users support and training
Network administration – WAN and LAN
