Merit Increase process support as HR IT (Template preparation, data check, increase result consolidation).
Annual review results modeling (Excel, Pivot tables + flexible columns data. 16 different models of increase).
OM and PA administration (3 different environments).
Reports on request – average person in company, average salary for each group, sick leaves analysis (choosing on the sick leave policy)
Providing IT support for HR iniciatives (recruitment, training)
Documenting of different processes (OM and PA manuals, 1C manuals) for HR administration team
Day-to-day data control (1C and SAP HCM).
Setting up cross-system interfaces. (1C and SAP).
Reporting Lines - Head of C&B, Head of Talent and Performance
