• Development of manufacturing techniques of multilayered digital polymeric data carriers (technology of a thin layer and vacuum): manufacturing of high-precision layers of photopolymeric varnish coverings - films, coating of dye layers or their mixtures on varnish relief surfaces, microrelief formation on varnish surfaces and their pilot production. • Development, approbation and introduction of necessary compositions and compoundings into the technological process. Updating, as necessary, their structure for needs of technological process. • Testing of products on the special equipment, and bringing them to conformity with standards of production parameters. • Setting out the equipment for the technological process, its launching, selection of operating modes and training of the personnel to work with it; maintenance of trouble-free work of this equipment and in case of need – the organization of repair or maintenance works, namely: - Hamilton dosing equipment, the USA. - Ultra-violet lamps of XENON, the USA. - Installation of centrifuge dyecoating МЕМЕХ - Installation of high-precision plane-parallel vacuum bonding EVG501 (EVG manufacture, Austria). - Development of the non-standard equipment and technological schemes of its application - Development of requirement specifications for manufacturers on this equipment, monitoring of its manufacture, its acceptance, start, programming, its final adjustment and training of the personnel to work with it. - Working out the technological and procedural instructions on usage and service of equipment - Making requirement specifications for manufacturers, the performance control, acceptance and launching of the various "small" non-standard equipment. Training of personnel to work with it. - The organization of the vacuum and pneumatic networks to ensure functioning of the manufacturing equipment. Selection and the order of the equipment corresponding to requirements of technological process, its launching. - Active participation in development of the requirement specification on building of "clean rooms", monitoring of building and launching of the air preparation equipment, the control of work of "clean rooms" and carrying out of works • Development of techniques of multilayered high degree of privacy strokes-codes for application for marking of products requiring the extra protection against fake. Selection or develpment of necessary compoundings for implementation of this task. Development of some general parameters of new production. Development of technological processes.
