November 2013 – July 2016: Senior Materials Management (Stock materials) Main responsibilities: - Creation and maintenance of the stock materials master data in the system – over 30 000 unique items (drill bits, valves, tubing, cables, generators, pump, PPE, chemicals) - Monitoring of the Stock materials purchasing schedule - Lead the State audit of stock materials process, stock recoverable costs validation: Company representative for the yearly recoverable costs State audit (In Kharyaga PSA, Stock belongs to the State) - Monitoring and execution of disposal of stock materials process (with custom confirmation reception) - Materials analysis and reporting for Métier Partners and general services - In absence of Head of department successfully performed all duties. Main achievements: - Imported Scrap materials under custom clearance procedure have been disposed - 2013-2015 about 8000 surplus items identified value 3300 kUSD - MRP, Reservations review on weekly basis – Savings 266 kUSD (2015) - Photo data base implemented December 2008 – October 2013: Asset Accountant (Finance) Main responsibilities: - Creation and maintenance the fixed assets master data in the system – about 10 000 unique items (wells, pipelines, buildings, work in progress, vehicles, furniture) - Annual inventory organization and performance with State representatives and Partners, Support report redaction and verification - Asset disposal process coordination, link with State representatives for State scrapping procedure implementation (In Kharyaga PSA, Stock belongs to the State) - Preparation of Analytical, Statistical reports for company management, State authorities, Partners and Company auditors - Processing of all relevant invoices for payment - Implementing successfully the new invoicing procedure to meet IMP requirements - Bank Statement posting, clearing (SAP), bank reconciliation - Payment analysis Main achievements: - Successfully implemented e-registration project for all incoming invoices for payment, that saved time for invoice processing - Disposal of obsolete assets performed (agreed with the State representatives), so storage and maintenance costs reduced.
