4. Outdoor advertising throughout the network of the Russian Federation: 3x6, city-formats, light panels, signage for offices;
5. Preparation and organization of client events, promotions, exhibitions, seminars, conferences;
6. Providing banking network POSM (manufacturing, logistics, optimization of production costs);
7. Building an effective system of merchandising at the federal level;
8. Writing and approval of regulatory and design documentation;
9. Preparation of analytical materials for guidance.
Key achievements:
1. Lined up the process of interaction with the regional offices of the Russian Federation, written and implemented procedure of regional marketing; created a unified database of reports;
2. Started more than 20 product ATL-campaigns and over 100 BTL-projects in the regions;
3. Organized two major events for clients in Moscow and St. Petersburg;
4. Design and printed more than 50 new POS-materials.
