Manage risks; - Prepare full packages of documentation for tenders of selling equipment and materials; - Develop technical documentation and supporting materials (e.g. presentations); - Participate in external presentations and exhibitions, monitor the market and competitor information, analyze and report. - Manage equipment sale to 10+ ex-USSR biggest metallurgical plants - Successfully brought new kinds of equipment to ex-USSR market; - Provided annual sales of equipment, consumables and services aprx. €1.5 – 2.5M, Jun 2004 – Feb 2007 HR and IT manager, assistant of metallurgical equipment sales manager, Representative office of “M-a-M Ltd”, U.K. in Ukraine, Mariupol, Ukraine - Recruited and trained new staff; - Managed company’s BSS/ERP development project; - Maintained company’s BSS, computer software and hardware; - Prepared and executed import and export contracts of metallurgical equipment sales; - Prepare documentation for tenders of selling equipment and materials; - Managed international cargo deliveries.
