Initiating communications with clients by processing incoming requests through corporate website, emails and phone.
Preparing proposal presentations for clients.
Managing sales process, including negotiations, pricing and discounting, timing and service delivery.
Updating customer database according to the market origin.
Developing communications with the clients departments over the implementing projects.
Monitoring interactions between Fulldome Pro and clients departments.
Advising on products features, and the equipment technical specs.
Closing deals of different complexity with an average value up to US $200,000.
Updating clients on hardware and software updates and upgrades, assisting with software installation.
Preparing Fulldome Pro’s participation in international events such as exhibitions, forums, festivals, and summits etc.; (e.g IAAPA, DEAL, SIGGRAPH etc.)
Representing Fulldome Pro at official industrial and expert events.
Creating content, and conducting live presentations for customers and partners;
Managing sold equipment installation process.
Monitoring projects implementation, including production stages and shipment.
Operating in corporate CRM.
