Responsibilities:
Develop of current Distributors;
Search of new clients;
Cooperation with Mass Retail (together with Distributors) (negotiation, pricing, promotions, Brand development, new product launch and etc.);
Creation and execution of the motivation programs for Clients;
Control of Financial discipline of Accounts;
Achievement of sales plan;
Sales Forecast;
Creation and execution of Account Plan for each Client;
Development of pricing strategy for Distributors and Retail;
Analysis of the market environment and participation in Channel’s strategy development;
Logistics and order handling (in cooperation with Logistic department)
Established cooperation with distributors - as a result, sales for the first two years were increased by 78% (average annual growth of the market - 15-20%); developed and conducted incentive program for distributors - as a result, sales for some products were increased by 3 times; attracted new customers - Carrefour, KiKa, HyperGlobus, HomeCenter, Selgros, Old Hottabych; total personal turnover for 4 years increased 7 times.
