— 15+ years of experience in Western companies in senior positions with a focus on retail management and development.
— Experience in developing and implementing a retail strategy in accordance with the company's strategy.
— Successful start-up experience in companies: METRO, SELGROSS, Globus, Bosch &Siemens.
— Organization of the opening of new stores (at the stage of completion of construction).
— Formation, control and optimization of existing business processes, work standards, service and other internal regulations.
— Participation in the formation of assortment policy based on sales analytics, customer feedback, capacity, number of deliveries, assortment matrix.
— Audit of the operational activities of stores.
— Budgeting and control of store expenses (P&L: Federal Budget, packaging and consumables, form for staff, store operation, IT support, etc.).
— Operational management of stores: ensuring regular reporting, work on improving the KPIs of stores - conversion, the cost of the average check, hourly efficiency of employees;
— Control of the safety of goods in the stores of goods and goods, minimizing losses, inventory.
— Active interaction with all parallel divisions of the Company in the interests of optimizing the work of stores (purchasing managers, recruitment and training department, construction and operation department, IT).

►SALES AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT:
— Stable fulfillment of sales targets and KPIs.
— Analysis of the sales structure in the context of product groups, assortment (shares in sales, drains, turnover), Control of the filling of stores.
— Compliance by stores with work standards (service, technical condition of stores).
►WORKING WITH A TEAM (up to 300 people in subordination):
— Interview, reception and rotation of managers and line staff of stores, formation of effective store teams.
— Mentoring, development and training of store staff.
— Creation of trainings on sales, product, and management skills together with the training department.
— Participation in the development and implementation of motivation systems for retail store staff; formation of optimal and effective staffing schedules and work schedules.
►AUTOMATION (role: project manager):
— Selection of software for managing retail stores (1C).
— Additional configuration of the selected software in accordance with business goals: what exactly and how should be recorded, which reports should be generated, etc.
— In January 2023, when a new release of the program was released, 500 possible 1C functions were analyzed and they chose 200.
— A new block was registered in 1C, which did not exist before, "goods for repair".
— Integration of 1C and SAP with the ability to upload information to Dashboards has been carried out.
ACHIEVEMENTS (at the current location):
— Developed from scratch, formalized, prescribed and published 27 instructions for staff describing all business processes in the store.
— Built a professional team (recruitment, adaptation, motivation, staff development), zero staff rotation, the fact of the employee's growth to the store director.
— Created an audit program for 9 areas of activity of stores, which describes security in terms of legal, image and customer issues.
— The "Director's Book" has been written, describing all the standards and business processes that exist within the framework of corporate standards.
— 100% achievement of the set goals: (KPI – turnover, turnover by category, average check, conversion, losses).
— Automation: the project of configuring 1C and coordinating it with SAP's internal corporate ERP. Role in the project: project manager, task manager.
— The highest NPS rate in Europe.
MAIN TASKS (at the current location):
1. Coordination, setting, control of the fulfillment of shopping goals in accordance with KPIs.
2. Preparation and opening of new stores (technical design, assortment, staff, documentation).
3. Management, support and control of the operational activities of the chain of stores:
— setting tasks for store managers, monitoring their implementation and effective operation of stores and their development;
— interaction with regulatory authorities, landlords, management companies of business centers/shopping centers where the company's own stores are located;
— analysis, control of store drains, replenishment of store drains.
4. Development / control of the implementation of service standards / service in Bosch stores, participation in the development of promotional activities;
5. Coordination of the work of staff in stores: own, external, temporary staff;
control of personnel records management. Organization of training of current personnel;
6. Optimization of IT solutions: interaction with IT, statement of technical specifications, testing, performance monitoring (JIRA).
7. Optimization and coordination of processes in the work of stores:
— development, optimization, updating, publication of Offline store processes;
— cash discipline;
— inventory: planning and monitoring of planned inventory of goods, analysis of inventory results, development and adoption of corrective measures, optimization of inventory processes;
— occupational safety and fire safety: organization of training together with FM, control of the availability of necessary documents, control of logging on OT, PB of internal and external personnel;
— development of a store audit program.
