    Обязанности и достижения:

    Responsible for effectively communicating the key messages to the prospective as well as the existing investors, preparing the investment related presentations, and assisting in preparing the daily, weekly, and monthly project and ad-hoc reports to perform the financial analysis and use this as the basis for effective interaction with the investors and shareholders. The primary responsibilities include: • Analyzing Bank`s financing needs and working with managers to raise funding from parent Bank, supranationals – IFC, EBRD and other financial institutions. Working on funding deals documentation and due diligence. Debt financing, liaison with the Central Bank of Russia, National Depositary Center and MICEX in the preparation of the bond issue of the bank. • Preparation of quarterly reports of the issuer of the securities and mandatory material facts disclosure under the issue of public debt instruments in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation; • Preparation of materials for meetings with international rating agencies, tracking changes in the methodology of rating agencies, coordination of press releases and public analyzes of rating agencies about the bank. • Performing in depth financial analysis, researching the market and monitoring the trading trends and obtaining answers from the Bank for the questions raised by the investors and international rating agencies. • Analyzing market share and data on the Bank`s competitors. • Implementing, co-developing and updating the Bank's corporate messaging across different formats like making presentations, press releases, employee meetings, etc. • To determine the Bank`s position in the market and to provide the leaders with a proactive assessment and any other relevant feedback and guidance that is needed by the Bank's senior personnel on how to increase the interactions with the investment community. • To conduct meetings with investors, either in person or via phone to address any of their relevant questions or concerns. • Database maintenance and management of the IR section of the corporate website. • Facilitate to collect investment information and support to prepare quarterly and yearly reports for shareholders, investors and rating agencies. • Development of internal regulations and directives of the Bank. The regulations already developed are:  Information Clearance Policy  The Bank`s procedure for issuing of debt equity securities.

In conjunction with local RM, ensure that customer files are up to date and complete in line with compliance and risk management requirements. • Assisting with development of client relationship plans and specific product plans (customers, volumes, revenues, sales approach, planning etc.) which are linked to business line strategies for the region, country and specific client relationships. • Calling on financial institution clients and prospects with Product Partners and RMs to consult on complex customer specific solutions and provide production support on product issues. All in all, working in close cooperation with RMs in order to maintain, grow and win new business, liaising issues between USA HQ and our partner-banks.
