- Realizing the sales turnover plan.
- Promoting the brand in the region.
- Creating a team of sales-representatives (30 people) and their integration in the company.

- Cooperating with all federal (36*6, Klassika, Rigla) and local pharmacy chains in the region, negotiating and making presentations.
- Cooperating with the pharmaceutical distributor Protec, with the branches in Ekaterinburg, Perm, Surgut.
- Monitoring consultants’ work.

During 2010, I created a commercial team (30 representatives) in the Ural region, established successful cooperation with partners and distributors. In the first quarter of 2011, the turnover increased by +23% in comparison to 2010
