Обязанности и достижения:
- QA manager deputy; - Lead NPD transfer from R&D to the site as a quality part. Over 250 SKUs per year; - CCS quality defects booklet development; - supply chain and planning deportment teamwork. Operational management of production sites in order to produce/release a high-quality and safe product / semi-product; - problem escalation and resolution of product quality related issues. Define criticality of the issue and overall impact to product and deliverables; - maintain QA issue investigation and quality incidents management on NC sharepoint global site. Collaborate with global non-conformance team provided all need data and CAPA. Incident and CAPA cost calculation; - ensure that an effective change control is in place. CAPA establish and monitoring; - site employee quality culture cultivation. Personnel training system management; - maintain customer complaint investigation system; - report monthly QA KPIs; - collaborate with global R&D sharing physical- chemical or technological best practices; - share learnings and best practices in global meetings and conferences; - lead and coordinate QA department projects across global аnd production site teams; - AM (Autonomous Maintenance) system implementation on the production area; - analyze and review of ERP (Fourth Shift) system quality and production data; - QA system coordination in place (CAPA, internal audits, change control, documentation); - global QA company standards implementation in QA and other related departments; - participation in development and establishment of processes related to global Standards (such as GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) in QA department and involved areas; - participation in a factory transition to contract manufacturing project; - participation in a factory re-location to the new production area project; - participation in factory equipment validation; - lead Oriflame consultants factory tour. Achievements: Take part in factory SAT (On Site Acceptance Test) colour cosmetic line start up OPI (Orifalme Products India).
