Обязанности и достижения:
• Management and operational control of two manufacturing / warehousing sites with 35 staff comprising managerial, clerical, manual skilled and unskilled. • All aspects of Health & Safety, including Risk and COSHH Assessments. • Operation, application and maintenance of the ISO9001 Quality System over 4 sites, including all internal and external audit and assessment functions. • Producing design schemes, detail drawings and all necessary load and strength calculations for products to meet the German GS safety approval standard. • Producing quotations for special product enquiries. • Project management of new product introduction from concept design through to production. • Investigation and resolution of product quality issues, this can necessitate travel to customer and supplier sites in the UK and Europe. • Continuous cost reduction and improvements in product design and manufacturing methods was integral to my role. • I ensured a waste management and recycling focus at all production stages • Assessment and implementation of workforce training courses both on and off site. I introduced Company wide workforce assessment to NVQ levels 2 and 3. • Working with local schools to provide work experience placements for students in their final year.
