Responsible to plan-to-deliver Budgeting, financial, technical KPI’s monitoring of the project. Responsible to manage subcontractor work and simultaneous multiple operations An Expert of Solids Control System, preparation, presentation and technical solutions QHSE manager at Pakistan Branch, Lead Auditor in Corporate and MR. Management Representative, Corporate Governance Team Member, Technical, Commercial Analysis, project deliverables, QA/QC, Proposal Preparation and Report Writing. Responsible to implement, demonstrate, monitor and comply legal, social and contractual commitments. Responsible to develop Internal Risked Based Audit Plan, Contractor Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, HSE Plan, Environment Management Plan, CEMP, Bridging Documents and SOPs, Responsible to ensure progressive motivation and continual improvement, aimed to achieve 100% legal, contractual and corporate compliance while Zero incident/accident targeted in Business Unit kept on track. Tracking of Corrective and Preventive Actions and effectiveness of compliance. Reported to directly Corporate Compliance/QHSE Manager.
