Обязанности и достижения:
QA/QC Lead Civil Inspector-ZapSib-2 Tobolsk:1.5 billion dollar Job details; Submitting the RFI (Request for Inspection) to the client inspector. Review the RFI of Request for Inspection and also the attach document paper. And base into the ITP or QCTP for Quality Control Test Plan requirements. • Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the Company's Quality Policy. • Monitor the site construction Inspection activity as per Project requirements by Supervision and allocates QCI Personnel per discipline as required. • Provide technical support to the Project Manager and guidance to site staff in submission of materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawings, As-built drawings, O & M manual. • Preparation of ITP, Procedure, Method Statement, as per project requirements. • Conducting Internal Pre-inspection meeting to involved personnel in different discipline to discuss Inspection Procedures ITP’s and other issues as per Client requirements. • Participate in conducting internal quality audit as per company Project Quality Management System. • Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications. • Conducting weekly Tool Box meeting at project site to make awareness. • Conducting surveillance/weekly site Walkthrough Inspection together with client to oversee the violations regarding on quality issues and take steps to address the issue. • Liaise with the Client's representatives for the conduct of day-to-day quality related project activities. • Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices. • To monitor and look out welding repair rate percentage in weekly/monthly basis and take necessary steps in controlling high weld repair rate. • Attending daily/weekly quality meetings with clients. • Preparation and submission of Weekly/Monthly QC Reports to QA/QC Head Office and Client (if required). • Preparation and submission of QC dossier to client.

And when we find this mistakes we show him way how he do it. When he do it welding works check welding and find defects.If cannot find defects...we do it inspections example welding pipe is ok.
