Looking for direct suppliers of equipment, spare parts and components. Conducting negotiations with suppliers on all levels (including top management and owners of the companies). Concluding supply contracts on special conditions (such as credit terms, special; delivery terms and etc.). Establishing purchasing price policy. Finding minimum stock levels of spare parts and components which is depending on season activities, forecast of price changes and customer demands. Monitoring of quality of suppliers. Controlling payment terms with suppliers. Planning and budgeting of purchases. Control of budget fulfillment. Claims to suppliers. Defining purchase volumes and taking part in activities of price foundation. Market analysis. Forming and development of product assortment. Control of movement of the goods in warehouse. Control of goods dispatch and payments to suppliers.
Sales:
Fulfillment of sales plans according to sales groups and categories (B2B sector). Strategic and tactic planning of market development, goals management. Establishing and carry-on partner relationships with VIP customers. Marketing analysis and price foundation. Defining distributor policy, developing regional net of distributors. Finding and developing of new business branches. Developing and implementation of advertising campaigns. Managing of personnel: weekly base education, motivation, plans assignment, making and implementing tools to control effectiveness of sales managers. Debit control. Taking parts in national and foreign exhibitions.
Logistics:
Organization of international and national logistics, goods consolidation. Coordination with transportation agents. Monitoring of transportation services market. Defining procedures for delivery and customs clearance of the goods, preparing documents for customs clearance. Certification of the goods. Defining costs and optimization of expenses for delivery of the goods. Planning of dispatching and delivery of the goods on time. Claims with transportation agents. Conducting negotiations with foreign partners. Supply chain management: quantity of orders, volume of orders, ways of delivery, time of delivery. Automation of logistic processes, document flow.
Warehouse:
Periodical inventory of the goods located in warehouse. Optimization of stocking of the goods. Defining and implementing procedures to increase effectiveness of warehouse facilities, decreasing costs on transportation and stocking of the goods. Establishing of effective system of cooperation of warehouse with all involved departments.
