* Channel Management, Key Account Management, Product Launch in Eastern and Western
Europe and Middle East of the integrated Industrial Automation Solution (hard-& software)
* As Channel Partner Manager was responsible for development distribution networks in Western/ Eastern Europe & Middle East. Tasks: prepare marketing & business plans to hit sales targets, help to organize customer events and participate in them, create sales stimulation programs, setting up new distributors and programs to get them up to speed, conduct trainings and ensure that distributors have everything they need.
* Product launch and management for Eastern and Western Europe - Among my tasks was: to manage the complete product launch: market analysis, preparation of business and marketing plans, actual launch of the product and finally follow up the success.
* Key Accounts Management: close cooperate with the key accounts to ensure that their prime needs are met in the new products to ensure growth in sales.
