Обязанности и достижения:
As an IT Director: • Input into the Development of the overall holding company IT Strategy. • Responsible for the deployment of any key initiatives in the holding company. • Responsible for deployment the strategy in specific domains for holding companies globally. • Represent the needs of their holding company. • Ensure knowledge transfer and best practices are being deployed to all sites in their holding companies. • Supervising IT management processes. • Assists departments throughout their holding companies to develop short and long-range plans related to information system technology equipment and software • Ensure the site IT budgets contain necessary funds to execute on key regional projects. Evaluates technological needs for each individual site, within their holding companies by enforcing the corporate standard evaluation process and working closely with site management. • Managing relationships with internal and external providers. • Maintenance of management with risks in the field of information technologies according to methodology of management of risks of the company as a whole. • Perfection business-processes of the company by means of the best IT services and high IT technologies; • Perfection IT of architecture, consolidation IT of processes of the company. • Development standardization of technologies across the organization in line with corporate standards. • Development and implementation Quality Management. • Development management system and motivation of staff: supervised, trained and evaluated subordinate management and supervisory staff: communicate goals and educate department personnel in new technologies and holding companies' systems as needed.
