Обязанности и достижения:
General management of all equipment related projects both onshore and offshore within Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan territory. Work maintenance of ongoing projects in Ecological solutions sphere, including but not limited: 1. Thermal phase separation project (to reclaim diesel from drill cuttings and prepare solids for further utilisation); 2. Liquid Mud Plants; 3. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Profit and Loss: - Responsible for the overall financial management (including profitability) of the ES operations within the assigned Region. - Provision of forecasts (year, quarterly and monthly). Personnel: - Responsible for Human Resources planning, recruiting, staffing, training and career development. Services: - Provide and optimise zero incidents SQ services to the Clients. - Provision of high efficient and innovative services. - Conducting an audits of existing facilities with aim of further modernisation. Sales and Marketing: - Manage equipment Ecological Solutions sales (main equipment, M&S and spares); - Supports efficient account management and good contacts with all customers. QHSE: - Responsible for defining, implementing and continuously improving the specific Region QHSE management system in line with Company standards. Teamwork: - Promote the One solid culture through cross-product initiatives, client relations and personnel training, transfers, team building initiatives.

Management of all processes for construction of chemical water treatment facility (construction, technology, power); 2. Team leadership up to 200 people and from 5 to 7 subcontractors; 3. Check contractor's estimates and justification of own estimates to Customer; 4. Technical and commercial negotiations with Customer; 5. Decision-making to accelerate business processes directly to the construction site; 6. Scheduling of works and control of materials supply; 7. Selection of Subcontractors in accordance with tender procedures and further work monitoring. Civil engineer (September 2009 - May 2010). Organisation of all construction processes in the Company as General contractor: 1. Analysis and preparation of project's detailed documentation with "in work" status; 2.
