Planning and monitoring investment projects of Strategic Program for UA assets (total budget ~ $ 120 million). Development and control of project documents (budgets, schedules); Communication with key partners (design and construction parts); Coordination of prequalification and preparation for the competitive procedures of main contractors. Consolidation and analysis of projects status information from working groups; Developing of material flow models; Working out technical tasks to contractors; Taking part in determination of program realization strategy; Risk management. My personnel achievements on this position are: - Audit of local construction companies for choosing main contractors of investment projects has been conducted. Article ‘Planning’ of report has been developed; - Prequalification task for main contractors has been written; - Prequalification of main contractors has been undertaken; - Applications (budget, schedule) to contracts of design and civil works have been developed; - Construction unit costs for PCI (pulverized coal Injection) project have been developed; - Schedules of every project and main integral schedule of program have been developed; - Budget of program projects has been developed; - Schedules for design and civil stages of PCI have been developed; - Material flow models for all DMZ plants have developed. Existing situation (basic case) and investment stages analysis have been done. Imbalances, their possible causes and areas of optimization have been identified; - Training the investment projects analysts in the development of project management tools (budgets, schedules, project passports).
