    Implementation of a project on construction of plasterboard production plant in N.Novgorod region for “Saint-Gobain” company, France The plant had been constructed in accordance with an approved schedule, within the budget and required quality - Assortment of a project team - Preparation of a construction plan - Checking and approval of a safety plan - Managing of “Tebodin” company work at the site - Control of all safety procedures observance by all participants of the project in accordance with a safety plan and the legislation of Russian Federation - Reporting on progress of works implementation and another activity of a General contractor/Contractor to the Client through a project manager (a weekly, monthly report, a schedule, a budget, an estimation cost, project risks analysis) - Organization of Tebodin construction team provision with normal working conditions at the site (an office, IT-equipment etc.) - Control under General contractor/contractor activity in accordance with the agreement, a schedule, design and working documentation, the client instructions and Russian Federation legislation - Control of a General contractor (contractors) before works start with a view to competency of civil works implementation (checking of existence: SRO, licenses, permissions of Russia Technical Supervision (RTS) on a right to carry out the works in dangerous production objects, agreements, minutes of knowledge checking on the objects jurisdictional to RTS for workers and engineering workers, all necessary orders, projects of works production, projects of works production with a crane); - Weekly meeting arrangement (if necessary – daily), control under keeping of the meetings minutes - Control under a progress of works at the site, preparation, maintenance and control of a general schedule - Regular visual inspections of the construction site, general control and regular correction of supervision specialsits and the general contractor (contractors) activity - Taking corresponding measures in case of delay in planned progress - Checking of necessity (existence) of resources, machinery and mechanisms, materials and equipment including delivery schedules - Taking corresponding measures in case of poor qualification of contractors or pr poor quality of works - Checkings organization of produced works scope from the contractor on correspondence with confirmed working documentation and agreements. Regular checking and correcting of an accumulative sheet of implemented works scope in accordance with presented as-built documentation - Preparation and usage of risks assessment system, reporting - Control under maintenance of registers (including a designer supervision register) - Participation in works inspection by state bodies of acceptance construction control - Cooperation coordination between contractors, a person carrying out designer supervision and a state inspector - Services on the project completion including supervision under fulfillment of a final inspection requirements - Participation in a final inspection of IGSN on N. Novgorod region when the object commissioning together with a General contractor and a builder - Coordination with bodies of state construction supervision and local government (preparation and submission of notifications, control under rectifications implementation etc) representing the client interests. - Organization together with the Client and the General contractor of the works on obtaining of conclusion about correspondence of built objects of capital construction with technical regulations (norms and rules), other regulatory legal acts and design documentation.
